New Murabba development company are developing the world’s largest modern downtown in Riyadh, New Murabba, contributing to the city’s future development in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
At the heart of New Murabba is a new icon, The Mukaab. An exceptional iconic landmark featuring the latest innovative technologies. The design of The Mukaab includes first-of-its-kind facilities and will be one of the largest built structures in the world.

Defining Riyadh’s new skyline, The Mukaab will attract visitors from across the world with its incredible state-of-the-art entertainment, dining and retail.

After 4 years at Knight Dragon leaving as Chief Operating Officer, I was keen to pursue and expand my international career. I was delighted to work with talented team, driving delivery of new development projects and worked to restructure the business. The £8.4 billion regeneration of the Greenwich Peninsula will have 17,000 new homes, 12,000 new jobs and 7 diverse new neighbourhoods. With a leading-edge digital media University Ravensbourne, a new Design District and the Tide an elevated gardens by the River Thames.

My previous role as Development Director at Unibail-Rodamco Westfield, responsible for the delivery of the £1.5bn master plan and CPO regeneration project to transform Croydon’s two main shopping centres into the retail and leisure destination of South London.

Following the corporate acquisition of Westfield In June 2018, my role expanded to include Development Director for Stratford City to deliver the mixed use development opportunities working with key stakeholders, Central Government, GLA and local Councils.

At Minerva Plc, acquired by Delancey in 2011, I was involved in the property management of a diverse portfolio of over four million square feet of commercial and residential property. Notable projects included The Walbrook Building, EC4. St Botolph building, EC3 and the Ram Brewery, Wandsworth.

Honours degree in Estate Management, is MRICS.
