Samer Sabra

Samer Sabra is a seasoned investment and real estate executive with over 22 years of experience across the GCC region, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Kuwait. He has a strong track record of leading company transformations by driving portfolio diversification, investing in new ventures, and enhancing real estate assets.

As Chief of Assets at Jabal Omar Development Company, he is responsible for optimizing a multi-billion- riyal portfolio, overseeing hotel, retail, and mixed-use developments in one of the most prestigious projects in Makkah with assets value exceeding SAR 40 billion. His expertise spans asset management, investment strategy, and value creation, positioning him as a key leader in the region’s real estate sector.

Before joining JODC, Mr. Sabra succeeded over 8 years in designing and shaping the investment and real estate strategy for Bakheet Holding on local and international levels by establishing and managing 3 new companies for the group of which were Ghina Real Estate, Taiba investments and Bakheet Holding. During his earlier career, Mr. Sabra gained vast experience working in different investment and real estate development companies in KSA, UAE, and Kuwait. Mr. Sabra holds a master’s degree in finance & Investment from York university in the UK and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the American university in Beirut.
