As the Middle East Design Director and a Principal for DLR Group, Kirby plays a critical role in leading projects from pre-concept through to full design delivery, encompassing master planning, urban design, and building design. Since joining DLR Group in early 2020, he has contributed to a diverse portfolio of ongoing projects while also serving in a design leadership capacity—offering strategic oversight and guidance that have helped drive design excellence across teams. With over 28 years of experience, including key positions at DLR Group Middle East and KEO International Consultants, Kirby brings deep expertise across residential, hospitality, retail, mixed-use, and education sectors. His leadership is defined by a collaborative mindset, a strong design vision, and a consistent track record of innovation and quality.
