Khalid has successfully managed various aspects of commercial, industrial, and residential leasing. His expertise spans destination strategy, and various leasing sectors, including commercial, industrial, and residential properties. Khalid is adept at tenant relationship management, budget oversight, lease agreement negotiation, and retail strategy development.

He excels in ecosystem and tenant mix development, driving growth plans to maximize revenue streams and implementing leasing strategies to optimize occupancy rates across retail, office, and residential spaces.

Khalid has established the leasing department at King Salman Energy Park SPARK in addition to serving as a spokesperson for SPARK in the Council of Economic and Development Affairs meetings which aims to monitor the main objective of generating 100,000 direct and indirect jobs within SPARK by 2035. He also contributed to the land allocation committee representing a total investment of 2 billion SAR.

At Misk City, he co-led a project to design and execute a strategic plan for activating The Creative Art Cluster, focusing on the growth and development of the Visual Art and Creative Media sector ecosystem and played a crucial role in establishing the partnership between Misk Foundation and Aramco National Champion, aimed at creating synergies and fostering entrepreneurial growth through targeted programs and ecosystem development.
